Haven’t experienced any that is. It’s not that Technorati can’t handle subdirs, but it seems the service is having a hard time with multiple entry point.
BTW: you can also use a subdomain to have a new root: v2.wza.be for example. Looking good your new blog.

You think they’re more complications by doing so? I’m about to launch my v2, and I was planning to run it in a v2 folder so I could keep the old blog.
